Harnessing polarity and viscosity to identify green binary solvent mixtures as viable alternatives to DMF in solid-phase peptide synthesis Lastly, the identified green binary solvent mixtures were employed for the synthesis of a range of challenging model peptides and peptide therapeutics on meaningful scale, demonstrating that binary solvent mixtures are viable green alternatives to DMF in SPPS. In a series of reagent dissolution, resin swelling, peptide coupling and Fmoc-removal experiments we show that combining solvents offers unprecedented opportunities to predict and fine-tune the overall solvent properties for different aspects of SPPS. In this report, we recognise solvent viscosity and polarity in combination as key physicochemical parameters for SPPS and identify green binary solvent mixtures of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and 1,3-dioxolane or 2-methyl tetrahydrofuran that closely resemble DMF. Such drawbacks have spurred numerous initiatives for solvent substitution, reduction and recycling, and a handful solvents have recently been proposed as potential green alternatives to N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF). ![]() Still, SPPS typically requires significant amounts of hazardous solvents and thus suffers from a negative environmental footprint. Solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) enables routine synthesis of virtually any type of peptide sequence and is the preferred method for peptide synthesis in academia and the pharmaceutical industry alike.

Quadrant scores around 3000 with CPU subscore at over 7000 and 3D graphics around 4000. I get Antutu benchmark scores around 15000. It will load and run typical apps at acceptable speed, and unlike with half-gig RAM devices the launcher has never crashed. ![]() ![]() While you seem to have included Bluetooth drivers for MT6622 (system etc firmware MTKMT6622E2Patch.nb0 and libbluetoothmtk.so), the Ventos tablet has BCM4329 as its Bluetooth chip: CONFIGBTHCIBCM4325=y in the kernel config file and the dmesg file for the Trekstor 4.1.1 stock ROM says: BTRFKILL: bcm4329 module has been initialized,rc=0x0 This also means that the stock kernel should already include the Bluetooth driver (as well as the WLAN driver). I think that the model fix still contains a wrong Bluetooth driver. (2) Also, Bluetooth still cannot be activated. ![]() ![]() Bad news: There are even two issues that need to be resolved with the most recent model fix from post #22: (1) Even though the MT5931 driver must be included statically in the kernel: CONFIGMT5931=y in the kernel config, and I do not have any mt5931.ko on Trekstor's Android 4.1.1 stock ROM, with the most recent model fix on CM10.1, I still cannot activate WLAN either. Many thanks again in advance & have a nice weekend, awl. While with your CM 10.1 (but the exact same 3.0.8+ kernel), the WLAN driver states on init (from mt5931.ko): MT5931 SDIO WiFi driver (Powered by Rockchip,Ver 1.08) init. |
